Many Meydan companies are run by one or two owners who also handle sales, delivery and everything else. We take the books off your plate: monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and a short report showing profit, cash and VAT due.
If your company has only a few transactions a month, we offer a lighter package and scale it as you grow.
Corporate Tax for Meydan Free Zone companies
Every Meydan company must register for Corporate Tax and file an annual return. Service income earned from mainland or overseas clients often doesn't qualify for the 0% free-zone rate, so we check early whether you'll pay 9% above AED 375,000, or can elect Small Business Relief.

Yes. Every UAE company must keep proper accounting records for Corporate Tax, and VAT-registered companies must keep VAT records too. We keep yours organised and ready if the FTA or your bank asks.
Do I need VAT registration for my Meydan company?
Only once your taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 in 12 months (or will in the next 30 days). You can register voluntarily from AED 187,500 to recover VAT on costs.
Can you work with me if I'm outside the UAE?
Yes. We work fully online, so owners can be anywhere. Documents are shared securely and your bookkeeper is on WhatsApp and email.
