Frequently asked questions
What is the UAE Corporate Tax rate?
0% on taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000. Different rules apply to Qualifying Free Zone Persons and large multinational groups.
Who can claim Small Business Relief?
UAE resident businesses with revenue of AED 3 million or less in the relevant and previous tax periods can elect it for tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2029. They are treated as having no taxable income but must still register and file a return.
Is this calculator's result my final tax?
No: it's an estimate. Taxable income starts from your accounting profit and is then adjusted (for example for non-deductible expenses and exempt income). We calculate the exact figure when we prepare your return.
