Frequently asked questions
Are all medicines zero-rated for VAT?
No. Only medicines and medical equipment on the approved list are zero-rated. Other items, such as most cosmetics and supplements, are standard-rated at 5%. VAT needs to be set product by product in your POS.
How do you handle insurance claim rejections?
We track each claim from submission to payment, record rejections and short payments as they happen, and give you an ageing report so nothing gets forgotten.
